What a delight! This one took me just over a year to finish, which tends to be my average. No. 13 has been to so many places- Tokyo, England, the PNW, the Rockies, LA, Chicago, several MCR concerts. My lil world traveler! :’)
This sketchbook started with me a darker headspace, dealing with some personal challenges… But it grew into an appreciation of where I am now, the things I can do and am blessed to be a part of. There’s lots of my dog in this one. There’s lots of watercolors in this one as well. I played with several mediums throughout, some shared with friends. And as always, there are bits of the physical work sprinkled in- tickets, plants, paper scraps.
On to the next one I suppose! Pumped to see what comes from number 14.
