GA Aquarium

I recently went to the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta and I discovered the double exposure capabilities of my Fujifilm. It was so fun! Shout out to my model.

I mean, doesn’t this look like something straight from your middle school science text book? Definitely my favorite from all of these double exposures.

The belugas were easy to layer to make it seem there were more than pictured.

It was a fun time.

The last time I went to the GA Aquarium, it was after seeing My Chemical Romance on the Swarm tour. It had been the first time I had seen them in almost 10 years, and I was in an absolute la-la land. I spent a lot of time wandering in the exhibits and painted. It was a great time. Here are some of those paintings!

On that quick little trip, I didn’t bring my sketchbook for some silly reason. So I bought a tiny lil guy from the art store and took the opportunity to finally get a Winsor & Newton travel palette. Thank goodness for that! That little palette has gone with me everywhere since. Go get yourself one.
